Your tech support need product knowledge.
Your tech support need to know about the products you sell. Tech could not answer whether Raymarine parts come with necessary cables to connect to chartplotter. This is basic knowledge your operators should have. Don't give me the number to Raymarine to answer the questions. 10 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Pathetic.

Misleading website
Bought the flush mount power port to hook up a used Cannon Mag 10 downrigger on my pontoon boat. Shows a female receptacle on the pictured part on the website. Does not come with the receptacle as pictured. Cost an extra $55.95 for the female receptacle I did not get with the flush mount power port. Try not misleading people and show items as supplied or inform people that another part is needed at quite a higher price. I will not make the mistake of buying another Cannon product.
