Why are the replacement blades almost as expensive as a whole new razor? What a ripoff...

when I clicked on item, (DCT646-4), to checkout, a different item number came up on the checkout page and I had to call customer service to clarify the discrepancy. Then i had to wait through the menu, wait for the customer service rep. (Francis), wait for him to check and verify that this model, (BT 446) battery would work in our phones. This is time that neither one of us should have to spend for a simple online order.

No friction, just an average, competent, store giving good service. What's wrong with being average? Most of us--except you and me--are, and we putter along through our lives nicely, thank you.
