"I subscribed to Home Design for a one-month membership . only to find fast spring are charging my PayPal account on regular basis . Attempting to cancel the subscription has been an exercise in frustration. Despite following their instructions to cancel through a particular page, I continue to be billed. Their customer support seems to lead nowhere, as each attempt just sends me in circles. This lack of responsiveness and transparency raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of their business practices. I am compelled to share this experience as a cautionary tale for others considering FastSpring's services.

I had been making purchases on the supercell site and from one moment to the next they stopped accepting my payments for no reason.

Ce 25/5, j'ai télécharger Freemake convertisseur Gratuit. Au démarrage, un poput me demande 0.95€ pour effectuer l'essai du logiciel que j'ai payé avec mon compte Paypal. Ce logiciel m'a converti un mk4 en mp4 avec uniquement le son et pas l'image. J'ai supprimé ce logiciel de mon ordi, vu qu'il ne me satisfait pas. Ce 1/6, je suis facturé de 39,95€ avec envoi par mail de la clé automatiquement parce que je n'y ai pas renoncé dans les 7 jours sans aucun autre mail pour m'en prévenir. Vous avez donc effectué un paiement UNIQUE pour la licence à vie. En cas de doute, veuillez vous référer à l'email avec la facture de FastSpring, notre processeur de paiement, où nous avons fourni les liens pour annuler l'essai et vous avons informé des modalités et conditions de l'essai et la date du paiement après la période d'essai. Vous avez maintenant une licence à vie et vous ne serez plus facturé. Somme : 39.95 € transaction : 3RL47512W3569224B Bien à vous. Je tiens à préciser que je n'ai pas reçu de facture, ni lien par mail mais uniquement un mail comme quoi mon payement de 39.94 € a réussi et m'en remeciait. En Europe, on appelle cela de la vente forcée. Plainte a été déposée chez Paypal et si cela ne fonctionne pas chez Visa et le ministère des affaires économique belge. Ce 5/6, après analyse du problème, FastSpring a effectué le remboursement du payement. Tout est bien qui fini bien. Mais je voudrais ajouter que dans les clauses de Paypal, lorsque l'on effecture un payement dans mon cas l'essai, le fournisseur a automatiquement accès à votre compte et peut effectuer tous les retrais qu'il souhaite sans votre consentement, ce qui ouvre la porte à toutes sortes d'abus possibles. Sauf, si dans les paramètres, vous le bloquer. A faire très attention lors d'un payement.

Abo abgeschlossen bei Home.ai - alles ok. Dann will ich mein Abo kündigen, dazu muss ich auf Fastspring meine Email angeben und dann wird mir was zugeschickt. Wieso zum Teufel kann ich mein Abo nicht da stoppen, wo ich es abgeschlossen habe? Egal, 300 mal probiert, Junkordner etc. durchforstet, nix, keine Email mit Zugangsdaten erhalten, um mein Abo zu kündigen. Also Zahlung bei Paypal gestoppt, jetzt bekomme ich alle 2 Tage die Email, dass mein Abo bald storniert wird. Also geantwortet, dass sie es bitte deabonnieren sollen, was ich ja eh schon wollte. Leider kann man auf die Mail nicht antworten.... Schrott! Mir auch egal, ich warte jetzt, bis das Abo gelöscht wird. Ist fast schon scam...

keine wirkliche Kontaktmöglichkeit. Man kann auf Emails nicht antworten. In Email angegebene Antwort-Emails klappt auch nicht. Unterirdisch!

Really bad user experience I had a discount code I wanted to enter and my payment method was Paypal. But for Paypal, you have to go through Paypal first to get the discount code section to appear. But to do that, you have to click on a button which says "complete purchase" on Paypal. And that's "before" being able to enter the discount code. I was like "wth?" and had to cancel on Paypal and search for a section to enter a discount code. It did appear when canceling and going to Fast Spring. But then when I tried to complete my order, now Fast Spring failed to process my order. Probably because of multiple attempts to purchase said goods. This all comes down to not displaying the discount code section BEFORE going to Paypal. And now I have wait for Fast Spring to respond. Still no response. My experience has been so stressful so far to the point that I am considering to send the merchant who is using Fast Spring to consider a different entity for such services/transactions.

Złodzieje!!!! Składałam list motywacyjny do nowej pracy,żeby go wydrukować trzeba było zapłacić 3,99 zł co też zrobiłam .Po trzech miesiącach zauważyłam ,że z konta pobrano mi 119,99 zł,po przejżeniu konta okazała dię że zrobili to trzeci raz.Zgłosiłam włamanie na moje konto i nieautoryzowane pobranie pieniędzy.Uwaga to jest jakaś subskrypcja ,którą można usunąć w Pay Pal.
