As a customer who had the misfortune to buy goods online I met the dishonest seller who doesn't reply to my emails and the dishonest purchase platform who has no contact button to deal with fraud. Seeking for refund Order number #APP220126-4425-64117 Upd, 10 Feb FastSpring team contacted me. Waiting for the results Upd, 11 Feb The support agent pointed me the way how to find the contact form. I explained why it's hard to find it. Waiting for the refund decision Upd, 24 Feb After the attempt of FastSpring to contact the seller I've got the full refund. Nice! Deal closed, I was heard and was able to communicate all the problems I've met.

I needed to pay for one of my subscriptions and the payment system didn't work. I didn't get the solution from the support – just "to wait".

Service is OK. It is a bit worse than before, but still managable.

This is my first Trustpilot review. I'm concerned a charge shown up on my bank account with fsprg. I do not recall making this transaction at all for this amount and think I would remember. This is the first place I am posting because if it's true you are a payment processing company then statements should show the company people purchased from, not your name / an abbreviation. How do I get my money back please? It wasn't very clear on your website. Thanks Update- I have since dug in found out who the charge came from and requested a refund. It may help to change the way charges show up on bank accounts if possible. That would help you avoid these types of queries. Thanks for responding.

I am thankful to Fastpring team too who have sorted out the issue (though after4 months) and has refunded my money back. At least I can change my opinion that Fastspring is not a scam.... The customer service is slow. We used to be able to communicate them in the dashboard but not anymore. They opened a new website for support but we can't use our existing account there, we have to create a new one. Service is good but support should be easier.
