I used FaxItFast's fax number on my IRS SS-4 form to receive my EIN confirmation letter. Less than 24 hours later, they cancelled my account without any warning or explanation. When I contacted support, a representative named Jennifer S. told me to "take your online faxing business elsewhere." I lost access to a critical federal document because of this. No accountability, no customer service. Do not use this service for anything IRS or business-related.

I was looking for an online fax service that I could send and receive important documents to the IRS and from the IRS. Noticed that FaxitFast had a fair price, but the review was mixed. I wanted to give them a shot anyways. So I decided to purchase the monthly plan. The setup was quick and I was able to get a fax number and send the documents to the IRS. I was waiting for the IRS reply to that fax number, but to my surprise FaxitFast cancelled my account without warning and when I messaged customer support, they said, "I am sorry but we only do business with companies based in the USA or Canada." Now when the IRS decide to fax that number, it would fax to someone else my important documents OR get rejected. Why don't you say that you only accept US and Canada companies on your website? Why don't you block the account setup BEFORE the customer signs up? And what difference does it make if I'm in a different country? You would get paid regardless! I am an US citizen BTW but I live abroad and to tell you the truth, this company should not even exist!

I think the name should be fax it never not fast. I signed up and wanted to send a document. It took 4 hours and just one page of a picture document (not complex diagram) kept stalling. I canceled the membership and took business else where and it was sent in 2mins. Stay off this company they will mess you up especially if you on a time line.
