Without failure every product that I have purchased from fender works great, but that’s to be expected from such a big name. It’s the customer service that I found amazing. I recently received a new input cable and it came damaged. However in the first response I was assured I’d be receiving a replacement with absolutely no issue. Thank you Will D I was honestly a bit scared it would be way harder.

I had an issue with my Fender order. When I contacted their customer service, I was connected immediately with an agent and the issue was resolved in one phone call. Excellent customer service by Nathan. I will definitely order from Fender again!

I bought a Fender Precision Bass from the Mod Shop. There were some issues with the build along the way that caused some delays. But it was worth the wait. Customer Service and Quality Control was outstanding. QC caught issues with the body and then with the neck, so glad they did their job. Bradley Sheldon at Customer Service was fantastic. He kept me updated along the way and pushed the build along. He offered a nice care package of Fender gear for my patience and overnight shipping once complete. Well done Fender! You have a very satisfied customer.

Excellent! Glad the wait was worth it. While we do strive to get Mod Shop builds completed in 30 days, sometimes they do run over. You were in good hands with Brad. Enjoy your new bass!

All of the products that I ordered were excellent! However, one item had to be ordered in a different color, due to the original item being sold out. The item needed was restocked, and I was notified before the others were delivered. I sent a message to customer service, and they sent the new item immediately, free of charge, and expidited. That's how customer service is supposed to work. Great job Fender, and Madi H.!
