David Lansing at Fender was a huge help . As always the customer service at Fender is off the hook. Fender may not be perfect,and nobody is. But they always provide great service and communication. Thank you Fender!

In today's impersonal world, it's refreshing to speak with a company rep who takes the time to understand your problem and fixes it immediately. That was my experience with Cory West at Fender Musical Instruments. I had just purchased an amp which was not functioning. I explained our lack of technical expertise, and he suggested how to submit the necessary information to the company. Within a very few minutes Cory solved my problem with a smile (I could tell), and I am a much relieved customer thanks to the excellent service of the Fender Company.

The mod shop experience was really great. I used their webpage to design the exact guitar I wanted and four weeks later it was at my house. Played it for the first time last night and it’s definitely the best playing and looking guitar I’ve ever owned. Had a follow up request that I sent to the Customer Relations Dept and a rep named Kane Kitchen could not have been more helpful. Provided service way beyond what I expected.

Mark B. at Fender is extremely responsive and helpful! I had some tech issues with a product, and Mark was so helpful and on top of it. Kane was amazing. Communication was on point and you can tell he really cares about helping people. I bought the wrong size guitar for my son and they helped me out with getting him the right size. Wow Experience, seriously they have a customer for life.
