Received my package today and I couldn't be happier. Part of my order was in the discontinued dark blue and I thought maybe it's ugly and that's why it's being discontinued but to my surprise - it's beautiful. Displaying my necklace on one and some bracelets on the other. I would have given 5 stars if they didn't have the "small order" fee. I understand it, I just don't like it.

Donna, glad you liked our Colored Jewelry Displays, always good to hear. On the small order surcharge, most times your freight would be much higher than $7. Since our margins are thin and we have no minimum order, without this charge many orders would be unprofitable for us. Thank you for your feedback on this.

Fetpak gets my stuff right out...sometimes it gets here the day after Im order it. The only problem I have is, on orders of less that $100.00, the charge me an extra 7 damn dollars. My orders are always under 100 bucks, so I'm taxed up to 20 to 30 percent of my order. Its a unfair policy and if I ever find another dealer that has the quality and prices without the S.O. Tax, I'll leave Fetpak, even though I am a very loyal buyer. Its a shame. I'd have given 5 stars if not for the tax.

My only thing is that the shipping is free, but a $7.00 charge is added if the shipment is not a certain dollar amount making it seem like a shipping charge to me...

First, Fetpak is a wholesale outlet and I'm an individual. I needed one and they are set up to sell a hundred. Second, I asked for a 4"x5" bag I got a 3"x3" bag. At 69¢, I can hardly fault them, but I will need something else. Still, they were good to do business with.

David, sorry the bag wasn't the correct size. If you need us to send you another bag let us know. Fetpak is a wholesaler of packaging supplies, but consumers can also purchase from us. Our prices are based on the quantity purchased.

They are quick to respond if they are out of the item you've ordered, and are good at suggesting replacements. No real complaints.

The quality of the items I have bought have always been exactly as described and they have been good values. Their tracking system could use some improvement since it doesn't seem to recognize invoice numbers, on the UPS side. Obviously an excellent selection.
