These gummies feel like a sweet treat at the end of my day. I started taking the multivitamin and fell in love with the taste (and the bottle - so cute!). Now I'm using the multi, the probiotic, and the nighttime magnesium. I feel great and have noticed a shift in sleep already.

First Day-Women Nighttime Magnesium I started taking this around 27 weeks pregnant to help relax my body in order for me to sleep better at night. It definitely is working for me. Since starting it, I have been able to get more sound sleep and wake up feeling more rested for the day. I don’t feel drowsy at all from taking it. The dose of magnesium is perfect too. I take two gummies nightly and don’t react to it in anyway. I highly recommend this product for women who may or may not be pregnant and are experiencing interruptions in their sleep from muscle restlessness; or who are just looking for something a little more gentle on the body.
