In past I have been very pleased with first day but then the schedule kept repeatedly getting messed up and when I tried to revise it , it didn’t help. As a result I cancelled my subscription. Last week I got notice I was being shipped the next day! After writing customer service she assured me me nothing had been shipped … I didn’t have a subscription . Well 2-3 days later guess what shows up?? And yes my cc charged! Vitamins are great! Customer service isn’t . Now i have to deal with this order I didn’t ask for! Very disappointing!!

I have reached out to customer service about not receiving a confirmation email BEFORE my order is shipped as I sometimes pause my subscription because of the cost. I was “gifted” a free order as a result then charged for that order because I was told I had to formally accept the offer. Customer service is never helpful and always says that once they send out a confirmation email the order has already been shipped - amazing considering these emails arrive 3AM EST. Beyond that, I have used the product for years but will be canceling my subscription due to the cost and lack of help from CS.

I ordered 2 bottles of First Day for my teens. At check out, they upsold me to three bottles. However, they ended up sending me 5 total and charging me almost $100. I immediately contacted them and asked them to cancel the two additional bottles that were not ordered. No one called me back. I sent an email. No one emailed me back. I sent another email and got a response but they said there was nothing they could do but offer me a 20% discount. Then, I said I wanted them to honor the 45 day money back guarantee and nobody has responded. This company is not trustworthy. I guess I am going to have to dispute with my cc company. Not a trustworthy way to act as a supposed reputable company.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for DAYS now. The website says easy cancellation, but there is no cancellation option accessible and Customer Care just emailed back ONCE to ask why I wanted to cancel. I have messaged daily for almost a week. Shady business!! Do NOT get a subscription!!

Beware! Scam! Reoccurring charges even if you click the box stating no. Scam. No phone to call it’s all online. They refuse to refund my money.
