I believe that they try to do their best. Our rep is very conscientious and tries to provide the best service. I wish your product was a bit more updated. The reporting module, especially, could use some revamping.

Very happy so far. Wish there were a few product changes they would make to benefit my company. I also wish ALL support and engineers understood the dialer and new products a little better.

Good, intuitive system. Like the Cloud aspect of the system and no hardware on site to maintain. Also like that DR is provided in the cloud as well. Would have scored higher, but I think the agent/licence costs are high.

Feature full system that is easy to use, I would recommend this to anyone who needs a contact center for a decent price. Our only pain points would be: -Its in USD, for a Canadian company the exchange rate is not great. -Java, self explanatory.

Great support and nice to work with! They have API integrations for everything, documentation, and when you get stuck their support is fairly helpful. I work on the development side of things, so I've found a couple things somewhat frustrating For example, their front-line support isn't great at answering API questions, examples are difficult to find, and the documentation could be improved as it's all in a single PDF. Despite the difficulties I've had with the API, I've gotten everything to work as needed and I'll eventually get the help I need. Overall I'd highly recommend Five9

Customer Service has been improving their service for my last review I had was a time where was a transition into bad service, I can see the difference for that.

Five9 has really helped us to streamline and automate our team's activities. It has given us greater insight into the quality and consistency of our team's work. We're very happy with the system. There are occasional service issues, hence why I haven't rated it a 5, but I would recommend Five9 to other companies looking for a telephony system.
