The implementation was a bit rocky and I didn't always feel like someone on their side was making sure things ran smoothly. However, since then the experience has been very good. The tool is very robust and there are a lot of resources available to help you implement it effectively.

We enjoy the software, It's just the admin and supervisor app needs to be easier to use... it's way more complex and too many steps. Maybe if it was developed with an Apple environment?

PROS I've been with Five9 for a few months now and they continually improve their product and services, and it has certainly helped my company. Working with Petra Camacho & Edward Infante since inception, and there isn't a single thing, or promise, they have failed to deliver on. CONS This product does require a training when using the administrator side of it for the setup. Also there are a few reporting features I wish were available.

Although the software and capabilities of it are powerful they can also be very discouraging to the average computer user. My partner wouldn't touch it because it seeemed complex. I definitely recommend an administrator with above average computer skills. The software performs very well for a small or large campaign

We have very few issues with Five9. For the most part things work as one would expect. The only negative thing I can say is that the Tier 1 support is pretty useless if an issue DOES pop up. I don't think I've ever called with an issue (outside of a general config question) that didn't get escalated.

Pretty good and robust platform, but the service side could use some improvement in terms of turnaround time and customer support.

For what my company needed this system for worked just as they explained. If my team had any issues they were resolved quickly. Five9 techs and customer service teams were great!
