Five9 is a great platform for our company, it has streamlined our operation and we are now reaping the benefits! Five9 delivered as promised.

I like the product a lot. The Five9 web interface structure allows our smaller companies to compete with a smaller company. We can host our call center out of country at no additional cost to our customers. I think you should now work to offer the same capability as Twilio (twilio.com/) The ability to initiate up Voip calls from an Hyperlink. I think that would be a nice addition to your product.

Ive been using Five 9 for a little over 2 years now and our service has been outstanding. There is hardly ever any downtime and support is prompt. Pulling reports is extremely quick and easy. System deployment is comprehensive and they are with you every step of the way. All in all , I would recommend Five 9 to everyone intending to take their business to another level.
