We switched to Five9 from another company, and it has so many more capabilities and is very reliable! It allows for a seamless call center working experience, especially when combined with salesforce. I prefer it to the last system we used.

Using this system amongst previous phone systems has greatly impacted our service to our members, with out dropped calls, easily obtainable and to access.

Five9 has been great to work with from day one. The implementation team took the time to understand our needs and create a solution that is tailored to our company. This same personalized service has continued with our Account Executive and Technical Account Manager. We recently added additional analytics and AI tools and the experience has been great. Even after we deployed the new tools, Five9 continued to provide ongoing training to ensure we maximize the software for our business.

Product Ease of Use Simplicity of this product makes all the difference. I've used other platforms before, but five9 understands the needs of the customer and makes it easy to train, onboard, and scale frontline.

I was very excited to see when my complany made the change and how quicly agents were able to adapt to the new system. Very user friendly. Any issues reported by agents then reported back to Five9 are always taken care of very quickly so Supervisors can get the agents back on the phone. I definitely appreciate the fact that I am able to go from a salesforce call log straight to the actual call. Saves quite a bit of time!
