Five 9 is a versatile and dynamic platform to use. Depending on the KPI's your center is looking to achieve there are numerous options and settings to make that possible. Some of the options were eye opening and with the efficiencies seen we saw a spike in production immediately.

We've been using Five9 for the past 6 years and I can say that at least for the past 6 months we haven't had any issues, it is super stable. They have grown significantly, their infrastructure is solid and has backup for everything. The customer support is really good and acts fast. I'm proud to say we are happy customers.

Very easy to implement and manage. The team I worked with was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Five9 to my colleagues within the industry.

Five9 is a great partner to work with. They provide really good pricing models, and like other companies don't tie you up in tiers, and contracts and agreements. It's really a low friction, no frills way of providing great VOIP services to customers. Further, I'd say their tech support staff is phenomenal. They are able to help you and walk you through whatever it is you're trying to do at any time or day. They're doing a great job and Five9 is my go to recommended choice when asked for recommendations from our industry.

Five9 is a great call center software. Even though at first during the set up implementation so many decision but later very clear why it was needed. Once everything is implemented the agent/users normally only takes less than 15 minutes and the individuals are comfortable. I appreciate all the reporting and what you can evaluate on five-9.

At this point, I have nothing but good things to say about Five9. The system is stable and has met all of our needs for the last 2+ years. While we have made use of its basic functionality, we continue to grow and make use of all of the functionality Five9 offers, which enables us to provide the high level of service we strive to achieve. I would not hesitate to recommend Five9 to anyone looking for a call center solution.

I have used the Five9 Platform for over 10 years and built two contact centers from the ground up. Five9 is intuitive, robust and scalable. I continue to be impressed with the platform, and hope to be a client for years to come.
