You needed a picture of the number of holes for the hookup of an older truck. I have so much to do with the number of trucks we have that I kept forgetting to go get the picture. (I have to take care of EVERYTHING but half of receivables). Cathy would call me every once in a while to remind me. I don't believe I would have ever gotten that picture if she did not call to remind me. I really do appreciate that.

Edit: after leaving this review and sending an email to fleet up they took corrective action and contacted me right away apologizing and providing the services needed. They were very helpful and spent time explaining the services as well as doing a video tutorial walk through and even following up afterwards to make sure I was all set. Changed the 1 star review to a 5 star for the follow up thst they provided. Original review: Was never able to schedule a demo. Sales rep was overly aggressive. Overall we never had a chance to even try out the hardware and are requesting return shipping labels go return the devices which have never been used.
