Good Afternoon, The following is a note of appreciation. I just upgraded my service and needed help. A lot of help. I used the chat function which told me I would have to wait less than 5 minutes. I waited under 3 minutes. Christian answered my query. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He understood my questions even in my broken tech jargon. He logged onto my screen with my permission and even recorded a how to video to explain how to preform the task I was having trouble with. I am a Partner in luxury Italian Fashion brand and I value stellar customer service from my team. And it is hard to find. Christian was excellent and hopefully appreciated so you can retain him. Warm Regards, Alicia Sanchez

We have an account with flipsnack for a while and we love it. User friendly and easy to create and/or update pages and books, but the best part is the customer service. Christian was very professional and quick with the response and solution for my issues. 100% satisfaction with Flipsnack.
