flipsnack took $240 out of my friends account when it was only supposed to take $14 out and now we lost our whole account flipsnack is terrible dont give them your money it promotes being a trusted website but obviously it isnt.

This platform is a SCAM
This app promises to turn your PDF in a flipbook, but it is really confusing on the export methods, as it seems that if you export your flipbook as a PDF, you get an static file, and not the flipbook effect.
The thing is, that there's no way of corroborating this, unless you pay for the premium plan. As you cannot export a PDF file, not even with a watermark, when using the free plan.
So, as I was desperate to have this feature in PDF, as I am helping a girl friend of mine with her digital wedding invitations, I proceeded to purchase the premium plan.
When I see this is not what I intended to pay for, I immediately wrote to support that I wanted to request a refund. Not only did they tell me that they do not make refunds, but they also told me that they were "sorry I didn't inform myself better".
This is a total lack of respect from the company. I haven't used any other platform that doesn't take care of their customers, and does not make refunds when due.
Totally UNACCEPTABLE. Don't use this platform, is a scam. I hope they enjoy the 32 dollars I payed that they are so attached to, because they will never return, not from me neither from any of my acquaintances.

Hello, Camila! We are sorry you didn`t have the best experience with our platform. As I understood from your feedback, you`ve downloaded your flipbook as a PDF. Unfortunately, PDFs are static, scrollable files. To keep the flip effect, what you can do is send your flipbook as a link.

Hele krant ontworpen in dit verder ok programma. Echter er staat niet heel duidelijk vermeld dat je een abonnement moet aangaan om de krant te downloaden. Op mijn reactie kreeg ik natuurlijk te horen dat in kleine lettertjes en in hoeken en gaten het wel staat vermeld. Ik denk dat het duidelijk en eerlijk zou zijn dat goed in beeld te brengen op de homepage!

Really incredibly rude customer…
Really incredibly rude customer service, Paul.. Patronising and uncompromising and quite frankly insulting and abusive. The expensive basic service just gives you a pdf, which is a free product. They do not clearly advertise that you dont get a flipbook until you the second service up, which is $100's - this is after they take $200 for a free pdf. Its a con. Stay away from this awful company. Plenty of free competition out there. I have reported them for fraud

Takes your money, then nothing!
Subscribed to an online newspaper for one edition. It took my money, side-tracked me to the Flipsnack site and that was the end of it. There's no online help and I haven't got a clue how to access the online paper I bought. Utterly hopeless.
