Their customer service Has gone downhill. Especially since the Netflix series. Well I understand the volume, the ability to serve has decreased in addition to their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this company. They are also doing away with many services that were valuable.

The Floré process is inherently flawed, as there is little to no connection between the results of your gut microbiome and the probiotics that are prescribed. The results of my biome report suggested my gut biome was above average, which is not possible given I’ve struggled with gut issues for the last decade. I was shipped probiotics which severely aggravated my gut biome, to the point I needed to go to the doctor. I compared the components of the formulation I was provided to the results of my biome testing m, and none of the strains prescribed were out of the normal range, so it was not clear what was being addressed. I contacted Floré who provided a reformulation, however the denied my retesting request to see what went wrong, and stated the formulation was based on my survey results of what I wanted to work on (arthritis, bloating, etc.) and not the biome report. The reformulated probiotics were just as bad, if not worse than the initial batch, despite giving specific instructions about what strains worked well for me in the past. I contacted Floré again and they pointed to language in their disclosure which said results are not guaranteed, and refused to give a refund or do any further testing. While it might work for some people, what they are promising is not backed up by any regulated medical body, and make dangerous promises to those who are vulnerable.

Yesterday the Scientific Liaison tried to call the number listed on the report review call booking and it went straight to voicemail. She texted and emailed with her phone number in order to receive a call back. There are options to have the call via other means. Please respond to those voicemails, texts, and emails if there is a preferred number that doesn't go straight to voicemail. - Sun Genomics Customer Experience Team

I first received my “custom” probiotics and the packaging’s lettering was all off and I had to request a new lid to my first shipment based on the packaging issues. Bad signs of things to come… I requested to update my “custom” formula to include a strain my doctor requested. I was told I would have to pay to update the formula because I didn’t tell them within 6 weeks, which would’ve been free. I haven’t had the ability to connect with them to reach them in the first 6 weeks and they won’t make an exception unless I either pay $79 or re-test my gut with them (laborious process) which is useless when I’m just trying to add a different strain per my provider who referred me to them. After I complained that I don’t want to pay to reformulate or go through a weeks long retesting process, I got the response of: “In order to keep the integrity of our custom formulation process and due to how quickly the microbiome changes, we do have to always recommend retesting this far out. We have a formulation team that specializes in choosing the strains based on the data and goals, so it's not a simple as requesting the strains and us adding them in.” Apparently it’s easy to add in the strains if you pay $79 though to not re-test (insert eye roll). Impossible to contact and slow to respond, only have a website and I had to follow up for responses. Eventually they said just “no”. Told my doctor to stop referring them and to switch to their competitors. Bad customer service.

We're so sorry that you had a negative experience, Christopher. We take our customers' experiences very seriously and have discussed this with the customer service team and higher management. We’ve taken the feedback about the container lid back to the manufacturing team to ensure that off-center laser engraving does not happen in the future. We create custom probiotics based on the gut microbiome analysis and offer a free reformulation due to efficacy within the first 6 weeks of starting the custom formulation. A free retest is included in the subscription so that the formulation can be adjusted based on how the gut microbiome changes over time and after the custom probiotic supplementation. This would have been preferable due to how many months had passed since the original formulation had been created. We also have a new Clinical Program found at www.floreclinical.com which would have been a better fit for you and your provider since that has a separate part of the portal which the provider can use to input strain requests and other suggestions to the formulations team. Suffered from horrible gut pain, bloating and loose stools. Took a flore test and it indicated a minor overgrowth of one strain of bacteria. tried the probiotics for 4 months with no improvement. Took a GI map and it showed over 9 harmful bacterial overgrowths. GI map is a lot more accurate don’t waste your money on this!

We're happy that you took the opportunity to have us adjust the formulation by working with our Scientific Liaison and reviewed your results with her over the Microbiome Report Review Call. Regarding the report, there are certain pathogenic strains of bacteria that can cause significant inflammation and discomfort even if they are slightly overabundant due to their pathogenic qualities. Sun Genomics is a fraudulent company that will keep charging your credit card for no services rendered. do not subscribe they have terrible customer service

Impossible to get ahold of and charged my card despite reaching out twice asking for cancelation. They don't reply to emails. Website seems purposefully constructed to make it impossible to cancel. Reported them to FTC as this is an illegal business practice.

I took custom probiotics for 3 months and then took a gut test. Their own gut test showed that I had NO probiotics in my system at all! Their custom probiotics are a complete scam.
