I am very disappointed with new version of peeling gel.The old peeling gel was so much better. Better consistency better smell and work better. I use to think this was best peeling gel on the market not anymore so disappointed.

You changed the formula of the cream which is not the same as I bought during my stay in Las Vegas ... neither the touch nor the scent ... In short and I am dissatisfied and more its cost about $ 40 to have it delivered the two containers and now I want to return but it seems super difficult in addition I have $$$ again ... so I pay $ 80 to receive and return the product ... worth $ 100 I am really not satisfied why not mark on your site NEW FORMULA .... the composition has been changed on this product that it is not the same thing. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!! This is a big scam. I purchased this product in Sarasota,FL at the Town Center Mall, January 2020. I paid $300.00 he told me it would last 2 years and it has only been 2 months and it is gone. Not only that, IT DOES NOT WORK. Do yourself a favor and run when they try to approach you. It does not even deserve 1 star but I had no choice to get started with my review.

I am answering the review from Danielle below. I feel absolutely the same way. About several years ago I walked into this store and the salesperson applied a serum on my eyes which worked immediately and I could see the difference between the eye where he applied the product and the eye where he did not. Although I did not buy it that time, this February I decided to go and buy it because it had worked. However, the product that I bought does nothing. It just tightens my skin temporarily. I believe their testers and what they sell are not the same. I can't believe I got swindled, actually I used the diamond infused facial peeing gel and what they refer as dead skin got stuck on my little thin hairs on my face and I could not wash them off fast enough and they seem to have integrated to my cheeks and I now have blotched skin. For people reading this review invest your money in Lancome products, they are a fraction of the cost of this scam products and are authentic and backed by professionals as well as sold in renowned stores, and not in franchised stores like this Forever flawed….

My husband bought it for me during vacation on St.Maarteen island in December last year. The sales person at the store was super friendly and went above and beyond to sell the product. Well, I can't say much more because the pump doesn't work.It either broken spring or its fake. Nothing is coming out of the tube no meter how much we tried. I even took it to the cosmetics department at the mall but even specialists who work with product like Lancome or Clinique couldn't help. Money were just thrown out.

I paid $1500 for a Paragon cooling and warming appliance from a Forever Flawless store in the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Also several hundred dollars on FF lotions, masks & serums. The Paragon came with a Lifetime Warranty so I felt confident in my purchase. I saved my manual, instructions and all receipts. Now my Paragon beauty appliance does not work. I contacted Forever Flawless directly and was told they will not honor my warranty because they no longer manufacture the product. They referred me to the store at the MGM. That number goes directly to a recorded message from which no one returns my call. Don't give money to these grifters. They don't stand behind their very pricey product.

Very bad staff. I bought the eye stuff. , did not even leave the store and they said no money back. A guy put stuff on my face for about 25 minutes and had my legs locked in his. I was so grossed out by him touching me with no gloves The face stuff was like 3500! What a joke. He eventually gave me my money back. Then he said I will charge you for the facial. I was like excuse me. No. He also spit on my face by accident twice. I wanted to puke I

I do not recommend these products. I went to Sarasota Florida and they were in UPC Mall. I paid these people $4,000 with a promise they would get rid of wrinkles and showed me a picture of what it would have looked like. After a year, my skin has no improvement. They have a small sign that says NO REFUNDS. If you have $4,000 to donate, give to a charity. I am totally disgusted.
