I got really bad stomach pains after 2 weeks and stopped taking everything. I kept asking if it was normal and the care team kept telling me it would get better. It never did. It didn’t work for me. I really wish I didn’t spend the money on it.

Weight loss program is disappointing. Minimal support or tools other than the medication. No active management or adaptation of medication plan or other guidance based on lack of weight loss. Would not choose this provider again for this service.

Love the doctors and easy to understand and use medication!! BUT the app is horrible. It crashes and freezes. Most frustrating is the lack of support from customer service and technical support. Such an important feature when trying to work with doctors and yet so unreliable. IT is unhelpful and responds in an untimely manner. Really needs a live chat option or the ability to talk to someone real time. Fix the app and it is a wonderful service.

Not working as well as I thought it would.

I tried to increase the dosage of my plan to Bupropion 2 tab Naltrexone 1/2 & 1/2 tab my skin was itching all over my back and torso. I cut back to: Bupropion 1 tab Naltrexone 1/2 Let me know if you have any other dosage ideas. I have not lost any weight. I started the program 9/12-3 weeks. I work out daily, getting my heart rate up to 145 beats per min for 25 min, weights for 25 min I weight my protein intake to make sure I eat enough protein. Drinking 8-10 water daily Any ideas to move this plateau would be great.

Extremely upset tonight that I got a notification that my $147 dollar prescription is shipped and I didn’t order anything. In fact, I haven’t taken but 5 pills out of the last shipment. It wasn’t working. I told the provider that. In fact, I KNOW I cancelled the next order because I didn’t want it. Then I got the email that I had an order. I will have another bottle of medication that I won’t use and they won’t do any refunds. Worst $300 ever spent. What upsets me the most is that they are preying on people that are desperate for help, it’s impossible to reach them and their website apparently is confusing enough that I SWEAR I cancelled and there is no record of that. No record in my emails that I “placed” an order or cancelled.
