I feel like I should be on a higher…
I feel like I should be on a higher dose. My hair is fuller but still breaks off a lot. Especially I. The front. I still have to style my hair to cover that area

Practitioner worked well with me to… see above; also I’m not sure of date. Roughly a week ago.
Practitioner worked well with me to find a better solution. Was responsive and answered all my questions. I took off a star because it wasn’t explained to me how to trigger the new prescription to be sent to me. I had to come back and search through the help articles etc to find out. Seemed an unnecessary extra few steps.

I wish you could pause your account.
I wish you could put your account on hold. It's only active and delete. My semaglutide dosage is low so I have a lot of product and I have to keep getting sent more or cancel my account. If I could put my account on hold until I was on my last vile, it would be more convenient and price effective for me. I'm extremely happy I can get the semaglutide, I just have too much and another will be sent out in October.

Medical professionals are fantastic
So far the experience has been adequate. I don’t feel like there is as much follow up care as I expected. I have really only been asked once maybe twice since starting the program how my progress has been going. The response time is lengthy but I also understand that there are other consumers other than myself. The providers when I have talked with them seem to genuinely care and provide excellent advice and medical care. The shipping however when my medications were changed was more than lengthy and unacceptable at times. I waited over 2 weeks for my new medications to ship even though they had been approved and processed.

I am about 3 weeks in and I have noticed that my hair strands seem finer and alot falling out. I hope this is normal. I look forward to new hair growth!
