I had a very disappointing experience with HERS. The biggest issue was a lack of transparency and communication. I experienced delays and felt like I had to repeatedly follow up to find out what was happening with my prescription. Expectations about timelines and the process were not communicated clearly, which left me without the medication when I expected it. I chose HERS because I wanted a convenient telehealth experience, but instead it became frustrating and stressful. I hope they improve their communication and are more transparent with patients about delays and prescription fulfillment.

I also experienced shipping issues, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. The biggest problem was trying to cancel my subscription. I had to contact customer support multiple times, and every response was essentially, “I can’t help you with this—follow this link.” Unfortunately, the link didn’t make it clear how to actually cancel, so I found myself going in circles without getting a straightforward answer or any real assistance. A subscription service should make it just as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. The lack of clear instructions and the inability of customer service to directly help left me feeling frustrated. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend the service unless they improve their customer support and make subscription management much more transparent.

Medication is working well, the price is waaaay too high! The price for a “subscription” is ridiculous! The “support” you provide is not worth it for sure. It’s all AI anyway. I would not recommend.

I really liked how convenient it was to get a prescription for minoxidil, but my credit card was charged almost immediately before my prescription was filled, and both times my prescription has been delayed. When you goto a pharmacy, your prescription is filled, then shipped, and then you are charged for your order. I DO NOT like that about HERS.

The wegovy pen has not reduced hunger or alcohol cravings. Now the price is going way up. I’ll try for a month and most likely unsubscribe.

I am happy with the actual product and results but think the additional “membership” charge is ridiculous for what is provided. So far all of the “help” I’ve received is AI generated and can easily be accessed by asking the same questions online.
