Trying to fine a healthy balance
I lost 6 pounds so far. I'm happy with that but a month in I was hoping I seen more of a difference in my appearance. I am excited to try my new bottle that my dosage was upped. I'm having a hard time trying to find a good balance. I feel like I cant eat normal everyday food. Went to a baseball game and birthday party over the weekend and gained 3 pounds. And had to work extra hard to lose that 3 pounds all over again. I still have sweet cravings. Some times once I eat I feel like I want to eat more.

Where I am now
So far, I am happy with the product. It is taking me much longer to loss the weight, but I believe it's best to take it slow. The product is preventing me from my normal night eating, which I am glad of that. I have lost so far,6 pounds. I was hoping for more during this time, but I will see what happens this month.

Hello it's going very well for me
Hello it's going very well for me. Other then some nausea in the morning. Now I started a dosage and it's been hard to get an appetite. Nothing sounds good to me. I'm hoping it will be just adjusting to the new dosage.

My food noise is gone
My food noise is gone! I feel fuller sooner, and I have few side effects. Every now and then I am nauseous, and I do have an increase in heartburn. I am working through that with medication. I am losing weight slowly, which is okay with me. I'd rather do it that way.
