You guys charge me twice , Oct 08 $199 and Oct 12 today $149.00 why? please make the correction so I can be charged only once a month.

I started the weight loss med Semaglutide in the fall 2025 and was very happy with the results. HERS has changed the lab they were using in mid 2026. I noticed the change immediately; it did not work. After 48 hours it stopped working. I contacted HERS and asked to be switched back to the other lab and was told that would not be possible. The only thing they did was give me the contact information of this new lab. This product is too expensive for such poor quality. I would not recommend.

Hi,I am concerned that this plan is not the refit for my hope of loosing weight. I am in a month and 2 weeks and I don’t see progress. I am stock on 129 lbs.

I had been happily using hers for over a year. Both of my parents had become terminally ill and the stress of it caused my hair to fall out. I began taking the green apple minoxidil gummy, and it really helped. They provide you with several months of gummies upon order. My product was set to refill automatically on October 6, 2026. Days passed, and when it didn’t ship, I decided to look into it. It turned out they were “out” of minoxidil gummies. They had not bothered to notify me in advance of the refill deadline, and it was fighting to find out what happened. They offered to send tablets until the gummies refill. Mind you, they did not apologize for being out or for failing to timely notify their customers IN ADVANCE of refill dates. They transferred me to speak with 3 different people. I asked that they send the chewable tabs stat so there would be no disruption in treatment. In response, they sent me a snotty email with no apology basically telling me I would get the tablets when I get them and they don’t “do” expedited service. This is awful service. The lack of timely notification, the use of AI, the rude response, the failure to act with any sense of urgency. They should have provided a discount for forcing customers to use a product they don’t want. This was a bad experience and I’m currently looking for another company that cares more about customer service.

Well they scale hardly ever connect. I dont get my next months pills till have I have ran out for two days. App is very hard to get answers from on your plan.

So i actually LOVE the product like I’ve noticed such a big difference in my hair growth… however my product is STILL back ordered ! I’m really unimpressed with that and feel like i should get compensated free product because it’s over a month back ordered

You can’t speak to real people. You get promised a delivery date then after placing your order I was told it would be 2 weeks which was not agreed upon in the initial interview. Then the packaged was shipped according to hers and it never arrived. After battling along I received a replacement package but keep getting emails that I have been on the meds for a month and I only received my meds yesterday. It is extremely frustrating and could be more efficiently handled.
