Never hungry
Never hungry, stopped eating at night. Find it hard to eat enough protein. Eating 1200or so calories, but not lido g weight like I'd hoped.

It's not full service
It's not full service. The medical staff ultimately want me to go to my doc. The 4-hour window for response seems long when I really need an answer. The site is limited to log protein, water, etc and the ability to go back. User Experience on the site is limited. It would be nice to have a dashboard view and the ability for me to track more things. The medicine itself seems to be helping me. I feel like I'm alone on this journey. You don't know my medical history to even connect the dots. It would be helpful for you to have a questionnaire for people to fill out to your medical personnel have some sort of baseline to respond. I do hope you build this out because your marketing is on point. The product seems to be helping me, but I am taking it very slow. Thank you for asking.

Late Delivery
Right now my impression is slightly below neutral and it may be due to the delay in the delivery of my product. So I'm getting "You're into your first month,how are you doing BS" and I've had my product about a week. Adjust your emails to the reality of my time schedule due to your late delivery!!!

Easy yet challenging
I appreciate the ease of being prescribed the medicine however, it took 2 weeks before I received the product. I’m concerned about the continuity of treatment when it comes time to refill my prescription. If it’s anything like what Ives experienced, there could be a significant delay which is very concerning.

The product is fine
The product is fine, but I'm probably going to switch to a different service after this month. I don't see why I'm paying 150 bucks for the app when I don't use it for anything. I already have an exercise routine, I already eat healthy... there's just no point.

Disappointment
I am disappointed in the lack of clarity in your monthly membership, as it felt like bait and switch. There is another provider I informed you of with lower costs, and you don't price match. I still don't know if I am getting month # 3, 4.0mg as I didn't get a response. That said, you have a better reputation than some.
