The constant access to the ai messages…
The constant access to the ai messages which then filters and send to a do it if needed is great. I like the scale and measurements that come with it. The drawback is the price for membership and medication. It’s really expensive and not sustainable.

I have to stop the wegovy My digestive system can not handle it You guys were great I wish I could continue but I was in bad shape a few days ago All good now Can I get reimbursement for the time not used for guidance portion

The company has provided a lot of support and advice. The company also asks to make sure they're doing a good job showing me they actually care. They answer any questions or concerns quickly and accurately. They don't send out a broad response what may or may not apply to you.

The fact that you actually listened to…
The fact that you actually listened to my issues and got me on the medication that my doctor has been messing around with for 4 years and my insurance can't seem to understand English. So thanks for that and you're great. Actually being able to meet with somebody face to face zoom meeting or whatever and being assured that the people I'm interacting with are not just AI would be helpful

Seems great so far

I liked the old app but don’t like the new app!
I liked the old app but don’t like the new app where I have to use AI and I can’t get to the original menus to see workouts, recipes, etc. I don’t like using the new app! It has my week number wrong. The medicine seems to be helping but not as well as I had hoped. Hopefully things will get better but not sure what to do about the app!
