Fees are too much. Seems like after every month rates are increasing but it was in the fine print and not transparent at the initial sign up

I chose to go with the Wegovy pill due to cost. Started at $39 initially, and then $149 for the meds. At no point was I warned about the increase to $149/month for the membership and then the meds bumped up to $199 because of dose increase. Contacted them several times but didn’t hear anything until I had to use the ridiculous AI chat. Asked for a refund and cancellation. They cancelled the subscription but said they can’t refund the membership fee that was already taken. Even though it had only been 5 days since they took it from my account. I also had not received my new dose because I, again, did not know it was going to be $199. Very disappointed in the company and lack of true customer service. Taking my needs elsewhere and will continue to battle for my refund.

I feel the pricing is misleading. I thought it was going to be $39 plus the $149, In reality it is almost $300 per month. I also have been doing everything as stated and still not losing weight. Feeling the money has not been well spent!.

I don't see any progress, been on the higher dosage for a week and gained a pound

I’ve been pretty disappointed with my experience so far. My initial order arrived later than expected, and I found the 1.5 mg starting dose to be essentially ineffective. I completely understand starting people at a low dose to make sure they tolerate the medication and don’t have significant side effects, but I think 1.5 mg would make much more sense as an introductory dose for the first week or two rather than an entire month. When it was time for my second month of medication, my shipment was about a week late, which was frustrating. I was also informed that the price would be increasing by approximately $50. I also think the pricing structure could be much better. The introductory promotional price should really last for the first 60 to 90 days. That would give customers enough time to get to a more effective dose, actually see some results, and start believing in the product before paying the full price. Right now it feels like you get the discount during the month when you’re least likely to see results, and then the price goes up right when you’re finally increasing the dose. Another issue is how automated everything feels. For a medical and weight management service, I think customers should have more access to actual people and more personalized support. When so much of the experience feels like AI or automated responses, it makes it harder to justify the cost. I’m willing to give the program one more month, but if my experience doesn’t improve, I’ll most likely cancel. I think the program has potential, but between the shipping delays, price increase, extremely low starting dose, and lack of real human interaction, I’ve been pretty disappointed with the overall experience.

I wasn't expecting the price of the medication to go up and now im very stressed about how I am going to pay for it

Since using oral Minoxidil prescribed by a Hers nurse practitioner I have experienced new hair growth but my hair texture has changed drastically to a frizziness I do not like! I was told by Hers that this was not a listed side effect of oral Minoxidil. However, I did further research and found that it IS in fact a possible side effect! This information should be included on the Hers website/app!

First, it is super expensive and I doubt I can afford to continue treatment. Also, I guess for $149 a month to subscribe, I expected more communications or check ins from a provider. I’ve never heard from anyone unless I ask a question first. Resources within the app (meditation, exercise, etc) aren’t anything you can’t find another places for free/cheap. The meal plans contain lots of specialty ingredients and are also hard to find within the app. All said, I was able to get my rx easily and shipping was on time but I expected a lot more for the subscription amount.
