However, thanks to your help confirming all your address information, we where able to make our ops team to work on a reshipment of your order that will be delivered this time. Dear Kalle, The $30 duty was charged to you by your local government. Even though we can’t control what they do, it’s our responsibility to make it right for you! After your refusal of the order, we have asked DHL to send the package back to our warehouse. We’ve already refunded your purchase prior to receiving the package back at our warehouse.
