We're pleased that you found the continuous heart rate monitoring option valuable. However, we understand that the ECG display on the phone may be small, and scrolling through the 20-second increments can be a bit fiddly. The device's comprehensive readings, including heart rate zones, average heart rate, strain, breathing rate, heart rate variability, step cadence, and the percentage of normal vs. abnormal heart beats, provide valuable insights into your heart health. It's reassuring to see that your heart didn't show any strain even during intense exercise, and the device successfully captured irregular heartbeats during periods of rest. However, we understand that sometimes it can be challenging to identify issues when the beats appear regular but there is a marker on the ECG.
