Quick delivery. Had a price that couldn't be beat. An unconventional way of delivery, but protected the equipment from road salt, etc. I would use them again for delivery.

Joe with Fr8star was very helpful with my first delivery. The delivery company Top Quality Logistics needs to communicate better.

Despite a few delays, delivery went smoothly; Victor was great--readily accessible by phone to keep an eye on things when delays occurred. The driver was friendly and competent. Marjorie in the office was also great to work with on payment details.

Fr8star was great for getting us booked. The person who we booked with was a nightmare. Pro shippers is another broker. They never called us back. They do not follow their own contract rules. They should not be allowed on your sight. The trucker who they finally got to do the load stated they would never use them either.

Thanks for your feedback Wesley and for the opportunity to haul your John Deere 5520. I will be contacting Proshippiers about your load. We expect brokers to abide by their bids and pickup/dropoff dates.
