Michael McCord from the Loan Depot was possibly the most pleasant and helpful lending officer I've ever worked with. I regret not being able to complete our transaction. It was due only to the fact that I'd previously engaged with a broker who had worked on my behalf and I didn't want to abandon those efforts. Though I disclosed to to him where my heart was at, he continued to take his time, work through an estimate and even walk me through translating the details. Not only was this excellence in action, but it was also a testament to his professionalism and character! Thank you is simply not enough, but it is all I have to offer. Thank you Michael!!

Jaysen was patient and persistent. I appreciate all the time he took going over various options to come to the best terms and providing the best consolidated solution. Thank you kindly.

I was checking online for refi rates a couple days ago. A few minutes later I received a call from Noah at Loan Depot. After briefly talking about my refi needs, he asked if I would like to discuss options with his Loan Officer. I was on a brief hold, then Kyle came on the line and introduced himself. He was wonderful and really helped me find a great solution for my refinance needs. We started the process and I couldn't be more pleased with not only the rate I'll be getting, but the confidence I have that my loan is important to Loan Depot and will be completed in a timely manner. Thanks for your help, Kyle.

James Moore was very helpful. Made the whole process very easy

great to work with

Agent was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Explained everything thoroughly and took time to answer questions.

My refinance loan application with Loan Depot was nothing short of five stars. Randy Hegedus, my loan officer was extraordinary and I was most impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I feel that he had my best interest at heart and got me the best rate and lowest closing costs possible. He listened to my goals for the refi and offered alternatives that met my needs. Additionally, the time from start to finish was extremely short, again thx to Randy. He has my highest recommendation for anyone that wants to refinance their home to get it done quickly and efficiently as well as get the best rate and terms possible. Thx for a job very well done.

Paper work was sent electronically. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Corey was always available to answer any questions. Cross Country made refinancing a very pleasant experience.
