I am the office manager and when Perry (my boss) sent me the link I was a little worried about the whole thing. You understand, using a company you have never heard of. And on top of that we were having them pick up from an unknown entity. But from the start, I got the information I felt I needed in a timely fashion and they (Evan) was quick to answer my emails. The total cost came in exactly as quoted, I got the bill of lading as promised and our shipment arrived as expected. And after the fact, when looking for the receipt, which I was sure I had received, but could not find, I found a copy just an email away. Very professional.
