I ordered a bed 8 weeks ago
I ordered a bed 8 weeks ago. No response to several emails sent to them. PayPal have refunded me as no product received even though it has stated out for delivery for 6 weeks.

Horrible Horrible Horrible SCAM BEWARE. 100% SCAM. Ordered a cooling bed and my dog waited all summer for this bed that never came.

Ordered item on the 7th July
Ordered item on the 7th July, it’s now 25th August, it still has not arrived and no delivery date in sight. Do not order from these clowns! What a waste of time and money!

Order #FF24143AU 2 months late and counting
It has been more than 2 months and we still have not received these products, ordered on 22/06/2026. The website advised us it would take 5-10 business days when we ordered. We received a tracking code but this simply tells us that the order has been pending since 13/07/2026. Funny Fuzzy, please let us know when (if ever) we can expect to receive these products which we ordered in time to pick up a puppy who we’ve now had for 6 weeks! Update: I’ve emailed the provided support address and received no response, not even a “thanks for emailing, we’ll get back to you.” Also, to the FunnyFuzzy person asking for my order number… it’s in the title of the review! This company is a scam!!
This company is a scam! I placed an order 14 weeks ago. The last update I have on it was 8 weeks ago that it was at “my local hub”. There’s no reason for my order to be sitting for 8 weeks not moving, if it’s local to me. “Customer service” is refusing to refund or replace and just sending generic copy/paste emails to me not addressing the issue at all. I wish I could give 0 stars. Reply to FUNNYFUZZY response: I have been emailing that support email since 6/8/26. Don’t act like you haven’t been mocking me via email sending me the exact same copy/paste response no matter what my email says. My order number is FF740874S.

Save your money
I’m writing this for everyone. I purchased this bed for my pups May 26, 2026 and it still hasn’t come in. Save your money. They are refusing a refund. It’s been 3 months. Tracking has disappeared. I even purchased shipping protection and still refusing refund me my money. If I could give a negative 1 rating I would. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered items on June 16…Have not received
I ordered items on June 16, 2026. It is now August 23, 2026. I have not received ordered. Same story as others. The tracking number does not work.
