Livraison beaucoup trop longue (4mous)

It’s a nice couch blanket for my dog, but the 6 week time frame from ordering it to arrival wasn’t that great at all.

After I removed the dog bed from the packaging it was crushed so I unzipped it & let it air out for 24 hours. Most of it bounced back into shape, but there were two sections where it remained crushed and no matter what I did to maneuver the filling, I couldn't get it to fill out and bounce back into shape.

Les produits commandés sont partiellement arrivés. Ceux arrivés correspondent à la commande passée. Je trouve le temps de livraison très long vu le prix et j’avais la promesse d’un cadeau que je n’ai pas eu donc un peu déçue

The products that I've received are nice - I would have given them 4 stars, but the delivery time and lack of communication deserves a 1 - which is why my rating is a 3. I STILL have not received a large bed that I ordered on December 28th and have no idea of the status of that order. That's nuts.

It took 5 weeks to get it

The product is great. Our dog loves it! The only reason I didn’t give it a five star review is because it took a month and a half to get it.
