I ordered a Genius tag, and this is misleading. Can't get in touch with company 😒. Please don't order from this site.

Complete waste of money. Tags don't work. False advertising about the price. No customer service number!plus it's a subscription they don't tell you about. I even canceled my esa documents due to this incompetent company. Scam!!!!!

Not happy with the Genius Tag because when I entered the code it said expired but I just received the tag yesterday. What’s the problem?

This pet ID tag is truly a "genius" idea. Must have for any pet owner who wants peace of mind.
