I would like to have a copy of my policy. Why don’t you mail me one? Got one email to me …. Not a simple this is your account number and this is your coverage … 82 pages you have to crawl though ..uhhhg

Definitely could have went smoother
Definitely could have went smoother. I filled out all the information online and Submitted it. I was contacted by a associate and had to give all the information that I just submitted online over the phone. I noticed some of the information was incorrect when it was time to sign the policy. I ended up having to print and hand write the correct information then email it over. Very time consuming. Barasia did an amazing job explaining the difference between a whole life and IUL policy. Hopefully everything goes smoothly from here on out.

It's our understanding that the customer service you're speaking of is related to your life insurance policy carrier and not Amplify directly, unfortunately at this time, we have no control over the customer service quality of our carrier partners but are looking to make changes there to better serve you. Korinne, our agent, spoke with you yesterday and provided you with the right number to reach your carrier, but in the meantime, if you can highlight your interaction with Amplify & Korinne in the review and not solely the carrier, that would be very helpful for us to continue building a better life insurance company for everyone.
