Product seal was broken

Your online questions and ordering were great, but I was not expecting a messy paste that comes out of me at the next day. It is easy to insert before bed but it all comes out the next day and I need a few panty liners that don’t always contain it all. Also, feeling some vaginal pain and abdominal cramping that will hopefully go away. I would not feel comfortable even attempting intercourse the same day or maybe even within 2 days of using it. Just too much white paste and mess that I wasn’t expecting. If it were a smaller volume or a clear gel that didn’t just come out it might be more tolerable.

The padded envelope was insufficient. The boxes arrived smashed and the tubes misshapen. Still useable, but no care at all was taken in preparation for shipping.

When I received the cream there was no safety seal and the box looked like it had been opened. I decided to chance it and use the product anyway. It appears to be working correctly. I'm not sure if someone returned the cream and you then sent me the cream that had already been opened.

It was easy to obtain the medication needed & at an affordable price. I asked a second question of the doctor assigned to me & her response was confusing which I think might have been a translation issue. I am unhappy I had to send picture of my driver's license, supposedly to connect with a doctor certified in my state...the doctor assigned was not from my state. The medication arrived in a padded envelope with the box crushed, but tube & applicator appear intact. I would have liked to set up refills "upon request" as opposed to automatic, but there were no options & unsure how to change this. For now, we will just have to see how it works out in the next few months. But the cost of the medicine is what prompted my order, so I am very pleased with the price.

process was easy and shipment was fast. BUT my concern is with their contracted pharmacy Honeybee out of California. my medicine box was opened and the tube was not properly sealed. as a healthcare professional this is very concerning.

I received a damaged box of estradiol for twice what I would have paid for name brand through my insurance. They shipped it out right away via USPS, but the shipping was slow. It arrived in an oversized barely padded envelope. This product does not have a seal. After leaving this honest review they very eagerly offered a refund or replacement. I told them I wanted a replacement, but not unless they could send it in the proper packaging to prevent damage in transit. I said if not they could issue a refund for the product. They said customers don't want to pay extra so that they can send it in proper packaging, and that they could send me a replacement, but could not guarantee it would not get damaged in transit. They have contacted me too many times and each time it's an over the top apology but immediately follows with asking me to take down this review, but I don't remove honest reviews in return for basic customer service. This review will not necessarily discourage possible future customers, but it will let them know what to expect. A refund was not my first choice, I just wanted the product to make it to me undamaged. I would pay extra to receive my product in a box. These types of services are for people who need access to this type product, so offering a refund is courteous, but not the desired outcome. The company is very nice, and they will reach out to you if you have any problems and try to make it right, BUT they should never ask you to remove an honest review . If you order from this company just be aware that your product may arrived damaged because it isn't shipped in a box. They ended up refunded my money and cancelling my service. They don't want unhappy customers, but most importantly, they don't want bad reviews.

Quick and easy process; my product box was bent and apparently opened and taped shut which was a bit concerning but the product itself was in good shape.
