The teams are really friendly and do their best to meet whatever needs I have. I am glad I have the service since I have trouble doing those items myself due to my current health. So being able to have them come in and take care of my bathroom, kitchen, living room, vacuum, mop, clean my counters and sinks, is a great help and worth the cost!

I feel kind of bad leaving this amazing review with so many who have had issues with Spruce. I only had an issue with my very first cleaning which was not done very well, but they did give a $50 credit for my next service. I wanted to give them another shot, so I booked again and the cleaner was BEYOND thorough and my place looked IMMACULATE! I have booked several times since then and have had the most amazing cleanings to my home. IDK if it is because both my husband and I work from home so we are both there when they are cleaning, but every time my place looks amazing and gives me such a sense of peace that I don't have to super deep clean and can relax. The only other issue I had is that I had originally booked to have my dishes done, but forgot about it and did them myself. I canceled the service within the 48 hour window and they charged me $20. I thought this was ridiculous because the dishes were only a $15 add on. After emailing back and forth a few times they ended up refunding the charge, so overall.. I have had very good customer service and cleanings.

I’ve been using Spruce for a couple of months now. I’ve always loved coming home to my sparkling clean, fresh smelling apartment! I’m notified when they arrive and when they’re done. I’ve had Martha and Norma and both have done a fantastic cleaning! I’m so glad I used my coupon and tried Spruce!
