Great experience! Very seamless and easy. Tom worked with me all the way. The only thing(s) I would have to say is that I didn't know, or wasn't told that they would drive the car i bought down to me. (from PA to VA) which put 1,000miles on the vehicle and didn't even top off the gas, lol after i just gave a check for $18k, and i'm still waiting for my title. Haven't heard anything from anyone since my car was dropped off. but other than that it was 10x better than carvana.

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Tom was awesome and was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Chris my delivery car hero drove through a torrential downpour and flooding to make sure I received my car on time. Excellent service all around and highly recommend them. The only suggestion I do have is on the website if you can highlight any of the defects that are on the vehicle to make the best judgment. Other than that you guys rock!!!

Hanging in the pool, waiting for my car to arrive. At first I was skeptical about buying a car online, I kept looking at gettacars inventory and they updated the site daily with a ton of new amazing cars. It took me 10 minutes all in to text the paper work over and get approved with an amazing rate <4%. The car pulled up, I got the text, put a towel on a I’m in my brand new, immaculate condition Benz and I haven’t left my yard. Wow, I highly recommend this service and business to everyone. Thanks to all the staff that were so easy to work with, especially Dave, Robert and Jose. I’m never going to the dealership again, my wife was impressed with me, win win.
