We found the ordering process simple…

We found the ordering process simple and the mattress was shipped promptly. We have only slept on it 2 nights— so far, so good! The firmness feels like a good fit for our 70-plus year-old-bodies👍. Our former hybrid mattress had visible sagging that led to aches and pains. Only other comment is Federal Express had a couple hiccups in the delivery and the box arrived with a deep slash that, thankfully, didn’t penetrate the mattress. (This is the third recent delivery from FedEx that has arrived with damage-not your concern, we realize.) We may be purchasing a full-size for our guest room!

Hi Mary,Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and for giving us a 5-star review! Welcome to the GhostBed family.I am absolutely thrilled to hear that the ordering process was a breeze and that your new Queen-size GhostBed Comfort Mattress arrived promptly. It is wonderful to know that after just two nights, the firmness is already proving to be a great, supportive fit for you and your husband. Moving on from a sagging mattress that causes aches and pains makes a world of difference, and we are honored to help you both get the pain-free, restful sleep you deserve.I also appreciate you letting us know about the rough handling by FedEx. While I am incredibly relieved to hear that our heavy-duty protective plastic did its job and kept your mattress completely safe from that deep slash, I sincerely apologize for the delivery hiccup. We hold our shipping partners to high standards, so I will certainly document this feedback. If you do decide to upgrade your guest room with a full-size GhostBed down the road, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly at [email protected]—I would be more than happy to help you set that up!Thank you again for choosing GhostBed, and we wish you many more nights of wonderful, comfortable sleep ahead.Best regards,Dennis ManningSenior Director, Customer [email protected]
