The quality of the lashes are slowly getting worse. The magnets and being made smaller and don’t hold as well as when I first started buying the product. It’s extremely disappointing. I’d rather get my lashes done professionally than buy glamnetic lashes again.

You did not deliver your products under time you say they are supposed to be received

The inner eyelash corners eventually start to lift which is the only reason I paid more for this product.I want my eyelashes to stick for at least 4hrs. It’s not worth how much it costs.

I placed 3 orders. I do like that the lashes are reusable and have gotten compliments on them. I have a hard time keeping the inner corners down even with the anchors. I’m a pro makeup artist so am very familiar with lashes. I am currently waiting for my nails to be delivered. I ordered on 7/29. It’s 8/12 and no update, nothing. The same thing happened with my last package and I spent about a half hour with online chat and they told me to file a claim because the package was lost so I did and got denied. Back to chat I go. Lo and behold the package was on its way right after. So the shipping is awful. So I’m probably going to have to inquire about my nails now and get the same run around. I won’t order again.

The lashes are EXTREMELY long, like way longer than the pictures and aren’t very thick.

I placed a large order and three of my products were defective. Upon contacting customer service the only thing they offered was 20% off of another purchase. The quality is just not there, and the company does not stand behind their product. I will not recommend. Multiple sets of my lashes arrived with missing magnets and the liquid eyeliner which is pretty expensive arrived with no tip.

I received it in my monthly subscription and it began lovely. I gave it two stars because at least it worked for about 4 months. It (the liner) completely dried up, in the bottle, after 4 months of use. So much liquid was left (nothing but clumps came out). At that price point I was going to rebuy at market value. I would have been pissed.

I’m rating these a 2 stars mainly the liner is my issue. It’s extremely hard to remove and I rubbed my lids raw. I think I’d only wear these lashes for a special occasion or event. But even than I’d probably just go get my lashes lifted. Extremely expensive US to Canada with customs $134.00 for something that doesn’t come off easily. Save yourself your hard earned cash ladies and gents. June 21, my response to the company I did use oil to remove it. It still was extremely hard to remove it which made my lids raw. I’d never bother with it.
