Website was a little cumbersome as I had to keep updating my insurance information to get pricing, but ultimately I got the order entered. The order was processed quickly and I am very happy with them.

I knew what I wanted based on my previous glasses (frame size and shape) and readily found my choice on the website. Ordering was easy and I received the glasses within a week.

I loved the virtual "try them on" aspect. It made the process so easy and realistic as to how I would look in the glasses. That was the best part!!!

Out of the glasses I bought from you this is thebest pair out of all the others they don`t need adjustmentonly one problem you got cheap on me normally you would give a case with the glasses don`t care much for a pouch

The glasses came and they were great! Made nicely, comfortable, did not feel cheap or fake. The only issue I really had is that it took a while. They advertise 6 day processing but the whole thing took almost 3 weeks. Don’t get me wrong though the product, and the care from support really made me feel helped and that I was getting great product.

Everything came as expected. It's nice that they include the inspection and tolerances of manufacturing to ensure you got the correct prescription. The virtual try on is accurate too

Overall good experience. Only negative is the material used on the earpieces. Very rough feel when on my head.

Everything ended up the way I wanted it except one thing, the information on how to set up the glasses was really just wrong. I wish there had been a better set of instructions sent with the glasses.
