I kept using the link that was sent. I did not realize that I had to go to main website and sign in before I could schedule. Even though it said to be sure you were signed in, I thought the link went to the site needed to schedule...very frustrating.

The actual appointment at the entry office was very smooth and organized. The issue is getting the appointment. It was time consuming logging in and trying to get an appointment. Most of them were six months or more. Very difficult to talk to anyone on phone to get any suggestions or answers. It was not customer friendly.
