I have no proof or record of my transaction and wonder if you are legitimate?? A text briefly appeared on my cell phone that I have an appointment for a global entry interview on March 1, 2025 (at 1:30?) but didn't save it and there no record of it on the global entry website. Typically I would expect some sort of proof sent to my email. Not cool.

No appointments available. Des Moines Ia says booked until we Jan 29, yet nothing avail after Jan 29. So you alerts are worthless as it appears they do not open appts.

I received notification and many opportunities; however, Charlotte Airport was never available to book, so it is not justified to use the tool if I can't book the appointment. I requested a refund, but there was no response at all.

Despite logging in immediately, I never could get an appt. GEA was absolutely no help.
