Second Time Using Them
This was the second time I bought tickets from them. This time I had to call their customer service line and I spoke with Nancy. She was very helpful and patient. Overall the experience was excellent.

Got great seats for the 'Bama college football game. This website was easy to navigate & very user friendly. Good deal. Nice to be helping others when I just do what I always do!

Got sweet tickets to Elton John from this site and it went great. Their prices weren't too bad either.

I just had to share this story. Something happened a couple days ago that I thought would never happen to me. I actually forgot my wedding anniversary. In the 11 years that I been married I've never forgotten that all-important date. My husband never forgets either, so I was doomed this year if I had nothing. It was dawn when it dawned on me that today was our anniversary! He was sleeping in so I had a little bit of time. I figured I'd shop online and see if I could order something and maybe print out the receipt as a gift. I did some searches and found this site GoodDeedSeats and had the idea that I could get tickets for him as an anniversary gift. I called their customer service and their rep was super nice. She made a few suggestions on ideas, and I settled on getting two tickets to Thomas Rhett, one of his favorite country singers (and mine too!!) I think Brett Young is going to be there also. The coolest thing was that I was able to actually download the tickets and print them out right then. So I did that, popped in a card from a pile of blanks ones we keep in the junk drawer, and viola! I had a gift for him, and one that I can enjoy too. Yay!
