our shop had lost orders coming from gooten in holiday season. the shipping needs be better. my shop was suffering from unhappy customers who did not receive their orders. my reviews went down because of this matter. overall is: the gooten support team is an amazing!

It was very easy to set up the shop and integrate to Etsy. The site is not as user friendly as I'm used to, it took me a while to figure out how to do everything. Overall pretty good though.

Getting started with Gooten was confusing at first but their customer service responded to me very quickly and walked me through getting set up and connecting my etsy store. They were very helpful. I do find the image uploading onto the products to be a bit confusing but I think it just takes practice.

Gooten has unique products. Price point is bit higher than others but the value is good. I wish they provide more mockup photos.
