The person who helped me was very helpful. He was clear with his instruction and allowed me to ask questions as we went along with the call. He took it step by step and checked things as we went along. I think his name was Emay, but I am not for sure. We got the problem resolved and he made sure to ask if there were any other questions.

It has streamlined so many of our daily processes and saved us countless hours. What has impressed me most over the past few years is that we've never felt like we were left to figure things out on our own. Whether we're implementing a new feature, troubleshooting an issue, or simply asking a question, the Gradelink team has always been there to help. It truly feels like they care about our school's success, and that level of partnership is something you don't find very often.
