I would like to thank Ms. Valéria very much for her service and competence in her work. She explained everything to me with extreme precision of information. She was very polite. I was very satisfied. The company is very well represented by this professional. Congratulations Valéria for adding value and for her competence in this renowned company.

The service that I received from the quote to final delivery of my items was exemplary. Felipe was my initial sales rep that sent me the quote and answered any and all questions that I had. After I decided on hiring Granero Moving, I was put in contact with Dennis, the Operations Coordinator. He ensured that the move was seamless. And to be honest, I was going through a rough time on a personal level, this is something he had no clue about. I appreciated that him and the team were on top of everything. When the movers came to pick up my items in Los Angeles, they repacked everything in the storage unit to ensure that they make a safe passage. When the items reached Rotterdam, Agustina, the rep here ensured that my items cleared customs without a hitch, and that my items were delivered to my apartment. Nothing was broken. Everything made it intact.

Great experience overall. I moved from Las Vegas to UK, took about 3 months, but all arrived in a perfect condition. Great communication along the way. Would highly recommend Granero to everyone!

Fiz o contato com a empresa estando nos EUA e fiquei positivamente surpresa quando descobri que a equipe que iria me acompanhar seria brasileira. Vanessa Jalaim me atendeu muito bem em todo o processo!

This is my second shipment with Granero from Orlando, Florida to Algarve, Portugal. It is essential to understand that shipping can take longer during the summer because their job is logistics only. Once they are using third-party services, they won't have a specific date for delivery, and some ports are busier than others, which can extend the timing a few weeks more. My belongs were very well packed by myself, and also identified. The staff in Miami and Europe were friendly and sent me the link to follow my container. I was able to follow the ship and the container during the process. All my items were received in perfect condition, as I sent them. I highly recommend Granero's service, but it is critical to understand the process to avoid frustration. Remember, this was the best price ever after weeks of searching.
