I purchased this flip phone for my cousin who has never used any computer technology. And her memory is poor so it's difficult to teach her a new device. This phone is very easy to use just for phone calls and she is getting it right away. I set everything up and put in her contacts. It was extremely easy for me to do. She has just started using it.

i bought this for my mother who lives miles from the city so i wasnt sure if she would have service but she does have service. when i called to set this up the associate was very helpful, then when sent a test to see how it was answed i was very impressed,

My husband ,76 y/o, has vision impairment now. He had difficulty seeing the screen on his old flip phone. I saw this on an ad & went to BestBuy to check it out. The phone is perfect for him. He is NOT technologically adept so I was concerned but after 2 wks of “wife training “ he has mastered it & is now texting & searching on Google! That’s a huge step for him. He feels relieved to have the Urgent call button also. He was able to keep his former sprint phn # so that was a plus. The customer service # is available at all times & they are always pleasant & understanding of our older generation learning these phones. Not like the younger pups who can sometimes be condescending to us Silver folks! I usually ask them if they speak to their grandparents like that??!! This phone is user friendly & I am thinking of getting one for myself soon. I like that there is no contract at our Sr ages too. I definitely recommend this phone esp if you are 65+.

Excellent phone! I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of set up (and me being a first time smart phone user). It is user friendly, has a personal assistant/concierge service that calls LYFT for you, and will even stay on the line if you need more help. It has a one touch emergency button that gets you to emergency services, and if you purchase a particular plan, this will alert your family (the ones you designate) as well. Very safe for the elderly or those who live alone. I had a good experience with customer service, unlike all the other nightmare customer services where you have to hold for half an hour or more, and then are connected overseas to reps who don't understand, won't help you, are rude, and hang up on you.
